PLYMOUTH, Vt.– With permits in place to begin construction this spring on the first Bear Creek Mountain Club condominiums in the base area village, four units already are sold and the remaining 10 of the first block are available starting at $557,000. Upon completion, the base village plus surrounding real estate will consist of approximately 200 units on 900 of the 27,000 acres that make up the hamlet of Plymouth. Of those 27,000 acres, 13,000 are owned by the state of Vermont and will remain untouched.
